Our Neighborhoods

Six neighborhoods will be established in Conservancy Place, including Hawthorn Point, Rivers Turn, Woods Glen and The Knolls (residential), Innovation Springs (office, research) and The Promenade (retail, residential, office).

 

Each neighborhood will be uniquely designed to fit the land, yet will feel part of the larger community. Physical features such as consistent quality design standards, community signage and common landscaping will visually tie each neighborhood together. The nature conservancy, parks, trail network and community association will provide the framework for social interaction. It is this unique combination of physical and social that creates a community rather than just another development.

RIVERS TURN

Rivers Turn is nestled among mature oaks,encircled by the Yahara River and the Upper Yahara River Corridor trail system. Within the UYRC you will find a paved trail, the Yahara River, sedge meadows, marshes and many chances to watch the wildlife. Rivers Turn is single family home sites and apartment homes located near the Conservancy Commons Park.
